International Company adopts Viewprocess

Safewell has received a purchase order to supply and configure 5 Viewprocess™ solutions for an International client in Belgium manufacturing and supplying fully integrated factory dust collection products in a range of industrial sectors worldwide.

Viewprocess™ allows the client to remotely monitor and manage the dust collection units in real time from their base near Brussels. GPRS data is logged on secure servers and performance data is presented graphically. Engineers are also alerted via SMS text messages sent by the machine in response to process upsets.

The data is used to measure performance during warranty, plan service and generate after market spares business.

Safewell is currently working on improving the user interface and data presentation to add maximum value to the clients business.
